  I didn't have a great experience here, my 2 issues were with staff and food. We stopped on our way back from Maryland and needed the restroom. A lady was cleaning it but there was no closed sign up. We popped our head in to ask if we could still use it and she rudely stated "the floor is wet and will be wet for a long time". We decided to order first, then check back. The food we ordered, subs, that I get a lot in Harrisonburg Sheetz, we're pathetically small. Like seriously, there was almost nothing on the sandwich and was very disappointing for my hungry kids. I wouldn't return here if given another option.

  Food order experience:
  Appetizer bucket portion smaller than other sheetz.
  Sandwich was prepared incorrectly first time had to exchange sandwich. Then the portions of sandwich were again smaller than same sandwich at other sheetz.
  
  Food staff perhaps needs more training.
